11. To act by the wealth Tax Director: If any taxpayer residing outside Nepal desires to get his/her house and land and foreign investment valuated and tax assessed by the Wealth Tax Office in the area where his/her house and land is situated, the Wealth Tax Director may cause the Wealth Tax Officer in that area to take action.
